Do you offer testing for skin and scalp compatibility? Where are your testing facilities located? We would also like to understand whether your tests are performed on human volunteers or if animal testing is involved.

We are specifically interested in conducting a patch test in advance and an in-use test with a female panel of test subjects. We would like to gather feedback on certain product features through a questionnaire.

The shampoo is especially mild, and the ingredients are particularly nourishing for the scalp, making the product suitable for individuals prone to itching. Do you offer any testing services for sensitive skin?

In addition, we are now developing a complementary conditioner and a facial care product with similar nourishing ingredients. Once these are ready, we would also like to have them tested. Do you offer discounts for multiple products?

What is the usual procedure for these testing options and what does the timeline look like? Which claims are possible after successful testing?
