We have oil samples from our gear boxes and we need to analyze their condition comparing the unused oil.

Please provide Quotation, delivery time and sample amount to carry-out following tests.

Also provide information where the samples are delivered.

Requested analyses:

Priority 1 analyse: Water content by coulometric K.Fischer titration ASTM D6304 3

Priority 2:

Kinematic viscosity, 100 °C ASTM D7042 3

Kinematic viscosity, 40 °C ASTM D7042 3

Viscosity index

Particle counting ISO 4406

Wear metal elements by OES-ICP ASTM D5185 3

(FTIR) oil analyser (Oxidation) – We will provide as reference unused oil sample

TAN, Total Acid number ISO 6619

Oils is Fuchs Renolin CLP ISO 220

Our primirary goal is to follow the moisture content on a weekly basis and therefore that parameter is primary.

Just as an option we would like to get a quotation also for those additional analyses.

The most preferred location for laboratory is in Riyadh and secondary in Jeddah
