I am working on a project involving salt that has been assessed to be within regulation for human consumption. However, we wanted to run tests independently to see if:
1. Is it safe?
2. How it compares to other salts consumed by humans (quality-wise)?
3. As salt can be made in lots of different forms, how does this salt compare in all categories?
