Transformer Oil Testing in Bahrain

Kindly send as quotation for the below mentioned scope of work for transformer oil.

Laboratory Testing (Before & After Filtration):

• Electrical Tests: BDV, dissipation factor, resistivity, moisture content, relative saturation, color, acid number, interfacial tension, sludge & sediments, inhibitor content.

• Chemical Analysis: Analysis at particle sizes 4, 6, 10, 14, 21, 38, 68 microns and ISO cleanliness code.

• DGA Analysis: H₂, CH₄, C₂H₆, C₂H₄, CO, CO₂, O₂, N₂, total dissolved combustible gas, total dissolved gas, total gas volume, and total dissolved hydrocarbon gases.

Samples will be collected from site before and after filtration, result should be submitted within in one day.

One of our highly proficient and ISO certified laboratory would be taking over this job.
