Could you please confirm whether you are able to conduct the chemical analysis of the metallic parts of the New PRODUCED WATER TANK (body, bottom, roof, nozzles)?
The objectives of the analysis are as follows:
Determining the sulfur and phosphorus content to confirm that the carbon steel grade complies with the NACE MR-0175 requirements for materials intended for use in environments containing Hâ‚‚S.
Performing the analysis using one of the following methods, whichever can be completed more quickly, including the report:
- Conducting a detailed chemical analysis with the use of a mobile metal analyzer with argon purging.
- Collecting metal shavings from drilled holes made directly on the equipment in areas with identified corrosion damage, followed by laboratory testing.
