D. WATER SAMPLE COLLECTED SHOULD BE SENT TO LABORATORY AFTER 2 HOURS
FROM TIME OF COLLECTION FOR TESTING.
E. LABORATORY TESTING COMPANY SHOULD BE APPROVED BY MOPH FOR TESTING
