Ballast Water and Vessel Potable Water Test as per WHO, Fujairah

We service some 1000 ships worldwide. We are interested locating a lab in Fujairah that can perform analyses for potable water according to WHO standards and ballast, gray and bilgewater according to VGP requirements. Please advise if you lab can perform these tests. The lab must be located near enough to the port so that samples could reach the lab in 6 hours.
