Enquiry:

Pls, advise , can You provide quick lab tests for samples of the emulsified diesel oil.

I would more concerned what cause of the emulsion, what liquid mixed with fuel.

Fuel properties I would leave basic,  

1 Water

2 Acid No

3 Density

4 Appearance visual

5 Microbiological Contamination

6 Sediments

In addition to above need to check water properties,

chlorides ( fresh water, sea water, brine ) ,

 acid ( what acid),

 Appearance visual and Microbiological Contamination must be the same.
