MGO Fuel Sample Testing in Malta, Europe

Enquiry:

We are currently making preparations for a four vessel delivery program and have Malta as a potential refuel stop.  Can I please ask if you are able to carry out analysis of a landed sample of MGO in Malta and what the turnaround time would be for results?  We would be looking for the latest ISO testing for a complete analysis but dependant on time to receive results we may also require a more basic, rapid analysis in the short term.

If you could include current costs, sample bottle and dispatch requirements also that would be very much appreciated.
