	Legionella Check	Comment on the possibility that water droplets will be produced anywhere in the property	Check whether the water temp at the hot tap fails to reach 50 deg C after running for 1 minute.	Check whether the water temp at the cold tap exceeds 20 deg C after running for 2 minutes.	Visually inspect water tank and calorifer. Check whether the water contains sludge, scale rust, algae.	Comment on whether the outlet is little used or are there areas of the water system that may be allowed to stagnate.
