Food and Different usage Swabs Testing
We are a UAE-based food service operator delivering over 10,000 meals daily across oil and gas, defense, corporate, government, healthcare, and education segments in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and remote sites including Ruwais.
We are inviting proposals from accredited microbiology laboratories to provide ongoing food safety testing services across our operations.
Please find our Microbiological Testing Scope attached. It covers the full panel of required tests across six sample categories: food samples, preparation area swabs, ready-to-serve product swabs, post-sterilization swabs, worker hand and wrist swabs, and surface swabs.
Your proposal should include:
– Confirmation of capability to perform all tests in the attached scope
– Unit pricing per test and per sample category
– Turnaround time per test type
– Current accreditation certificates (ISO/IEC 17025 or equivalent)
– Sample collection coverage for Abu Dhabi and Dubai sites
– Chain of custody and reporting process
– Volume or annual contract pricing where applicable
