Could please confirm if your company can provide the services requested by the shipper according to the attached document. The shipment would be ready for the first days of February, but the shipping company that offers the entire service, including cargo collection, doesn’t provide the services requested according to the attached document, specifically points 3, 4 and 5. The container is loading at BUFFALO, NY 14227.

Load Monitoring: All drivers, whether customer employees or customer
contractor, will view and monitor customer pick-ups during the loading process on the dock to
verify correct items, correct quantities, any damage, and proper loading. Drivers will need to
request access to the dock at check-in.
