OVERVIEW

A. Regular analysis of the turbine oil used to lubricate and control the turbine-generators installed at Hoover Dam is critical to the plant’s maintenance program. The services of a qualified BPA Holder are required to perform routine and nonroutine analysis of oil samples taken from the turbine-generators in support of the maintenance program.

SCHEDULE

A. The BPA Holder shall complete sample analysis and deliver analysis reports to the Contracting Officer’s Representative not later than the fifth business day following the receipt of samples at the BPA Holder’s place of business. Hoover may ask for accelerated results for lab samples. This shall be noted prior to receipt of sample at the facility. The results for accelerated (rush) results shall be made available within two business days of receipt of sample at the BPA Holder’s facility. All oil samples with a rush request shall be annotated on invoice.

Water Testing Contract Air Stations, Coast Guards in USA

Your company has been identified as a potential qualified subcontractor capable of performing laboratory testing and analytical services. We respectfully request your firm-fixed-price quotation and capability statement for the services described below in accordance with the project requirements.

Attached for your review are the project documents, including the Statement of Work (SOW), Requirements/Pricing Schedule, Terms and Conditions, and applicable Wage Determinations. Please review all documents carefully and prepare your quotation based solely on the requirements contained within the solicitation documents.

This project consists of providing laboratory testing and evaluation services for engine wash water samples collected from U.S. Coast Guard aircraft operating throughout multiple Coast Guard Air Stations and Cutters nationwide. The contractor shall receive water samples submitted by authorized Coast Guard units, perform laboratory testing in accordance with applicable U.S. Coast Guard standards and Section of the Clean Water Act, evaluate the condition of each sample, and provide detailed analytical reports within the required turnaround time. This requirement will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDIQ) contract utilizing individually funded Task Orders over a potential five-year ordering period.
