Enquiry:
we are a Valve manufacturing facility in Oman and are looking for vendors who can conduct Design Validation Testing of Valves as MESC 77/300.
We have a requirement of testing for 2 valves. (valves will be free issued to FITECH).
- 8” x 2500# Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve, RB, Soft Seated, gear operated, Raised Face – 01 Valve
- 1 ½” x 2500# Floating Ball, Soft Seated – 01 Valve
The sequence as per MESC 77/300 will be 8. Bi-dir.≥-29°C<0°C>80°C≤200°C
Design Temperature of both valves are: Minimum: -29 Deg C and Maximum: + 120 Deg C.
Do you have testing tool for torque measurement at various stages which is part of DVT.
Do you have Mechanical Cycling fixture/set up which is also part of DVT at various stages.
Requesting you for your best offer and the timeline required to successfully complete the DVT. Also please share the PTR for any previous jobs executed wherein TAT was performed at your facility.
