As one of the most elite Drilling companies in the world and oil & gas companies, our maintenance routine has to align with our international maintenance standards program, which requires following an OIL ANALYSIS system requirement.
Currently we are working on a new big project for oil and gas company, due to our intensive maintenance program, we are required to have constant equipment monitoring system, which help us a lot to expect equipment failure and lower our down time / unproductive time.
our oil analysis requirements are for different types of Oil / Fluid Analysis (e.g. Hydraulic 32, 46, 68 – Transmission 160, 220 – Engine 15W40, Diesel Fuel, Radiator Coolant, Water…. etc.) so your service is highly required to proceed forward with our program, so upon all what had been mentioned above.
Kindly, reply accordingly to the following questions:
- Do you have an oil analysis system that we can use?
- If so, how can we start using your services immediately?
- If we got an agreement for your services, would we be responsible for delivering the samples for you, or you will collect it?
- Are you going to provide us the oil sample bottles and labels to be filled? or we will have to provide all?
- If we have to provide it, do you recommend a specific brand, or color (e.g. Black to protect the sample from direct light)?
- How long would you recommend for oil sample from the time the sample is drawn to the time of delivery to your labs / facility?
- How long does it take to receive the oil analysis report from the time we deliver the sample?
- How much would it cost for your oil analysis service? is it per one oil analysis samples or it is per month or flat rate ?
- If we bought also the oil drums from your company, would we have a discount or free oil analysis? if so, please let us know the full details with some examples?
- Are your labs accrediting from any oil analysis organization / Quality organization bodies?
- Do you have a portable oil analysis machine (small oil lab analysis benchmark ) that we can purchase it and keep it permanently in our location?
- If so, how much would it cost to purchase it? And what is the Manufacture/ brand and the model? How long it will take to deliver it? How long it will to train one of our employees on it? is user friendly?
- Do you have a constant monitoring oil analysis device that can continuously monitor the oil condition? If so, what is the cost of it? And what is the Manufacture / brand, model?
