Requirements:
Objective
To ensure the operational integrity and efficiency of our fleet by conducting detailed oil and fuel analysis for engines including MTU model CR 2000, CAT C12, and Scania. This analysis aims to monitor the condition of engine oils and fuels, guaranteeing optimal performance and longevity.
Expectations
1. Supplier provides suitable sample bottles and ensures timely collection and transport of samples from RSG site.
2. Conducts comprehensive analysis, including viscosity, TAN, wear metals, water content, cetane index, sulfur content, and water/sediment content, using industry best practices.
3. Delivers detailed reports with actionable insights within 5 business days of sample receipt.
