We are currently seeking a budgetary quotation for the subject requirement. Please find the attached Scope of Work (SOW) for your review.

SOW:.

1. Purpose
The subcontractor shall perform a complete inspection, testing, and condition
assessment of the Central Chilled Water Plant (CWP) to evaluate the operational
condition of eight (8) water cooled Chillers, each having capacity of 1100 TR and
identify the extent of overhaul, repair, replacement, and maintenance activities
required to restore the plant to reliable and efficient operation.
2. Scope of Services
The subcontractor shall provide all necessary manpower, supervision, tools,
instruments, testing equipment, consumables, transportation, and documentation
required to execute the inspection.

Scope involves following

  1. We will provide brine water samples (quantity to be confirmed later by accredited Test Labs) and perform the lab analysis of brine water.
  2. In the lab, evaporate the brine water and take the sample of distillate water and perform the lab analysis.
  3. The bottom precipitate from evaporator to be mixed with Sodium Hypo chloride or equivalent solution to treat the water to recycle to the plant.
  4. Treated water lab results and quantity of sodium hypo chloride solution added to water.
