Enquiry:
We have around 25 Nos – Aux transformer for which we would like to conduct the annually DGA test.
The test shall contain the below gas – matrix.
Total No of samples – 25 Nos.
Scope of work – you have to send your executive to our site and collect the sample, based on which submit the report.
Commercial Terms:-
- Payment terms – Within 30 days of the invoice submission post delivery of the material at the site.
- Incoterm – DAP – Site address.
- Freight – The freight shall be inclusive, or you can mention the cost of the freight.
- Delivery – Within 2 weeks of the purchase order date.
- Warranty – Shall be as per the OEM.
- Offer validity – The quote price shall be valid for 90 calendar days.
- Award distribution – reserves the rights to divide this award to multiple suppliers.
- Change in quantity – reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity at the prices quoted.
- Currency – The quote shall be submitted in the United Arab Emirates Dirhams a.k.a AED.
- Submission date – The offer shall be submitted within 2 business days.
