Enquiry:
We are currently engaged on a project for NEOM and are seeking a 3rd party independent, KSA government-licensed laboratory to support water quality testing services in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW) and Water Testing Regime.
As a minimum, the Employer’s requirements for water quality testing shall comply with Appendix 6 – Utilities Water Testing Regime Frequency, which defines the required water quality parameters for each water type and the associated testing frequencies, including the number of samples per site at each interval.
Please note the following key requirements:
- Daily testing shall be conducted in-house by the Service Partner at on-site laboratories.
- Monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly testing shall be carried out exclusively by an independent 3rd party laboratory licensed and approved by KSA authorities.
- All testing must comply with applicable KSA regulatory requirements, including MEWA and SASO guidelines.
Develop an Operational Services Plan for site wide testing of Potable Water, Sewage Treatment Plant and the Irrigation Water across all NEOM Operations sites managed by UMD.
Provide 24/7/365 operations for the effective optimization and operations of the various Test Laboratories across the various NEOM Operation Utilities sites, related tests to be carried out in nearest suitable offsite Laboratory)
