Fertilizers Testing in Egypt

First of all, I introduce my self I’m in charging of purchases within GROUP, company specializing in the production and export of cherry tomatoes, we are the african leader.

For our production needs, we import an interesting volume of mineral fertilizers from Egypt for this, we will need ISO 17025 accredited laboratories to do some analysis before loading the goods that are :

  • Multi-residue of pesticide,
  • Chlorates/Perchlorates,
  • Heavy metals,
  • Physico-chemical analyzes

Please find attached the list of active materials which are sought during the multi-residue analysis on fertilizers, and the chlorate/perchlorate on this same matrix.

Below are the methods we currently have :

  • Multi-residue: Analysis by GC-MS, GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS.
  • Chlorates/Perchlorates: Analysis by LC-MS/MS by isotopic dilution after extraction with Methanol

Note that the samples will be taken by a control office such as SGS, VERITAS or TÜV Rheinland .
