- Laboratory Accreditations:
The laboratory must hold valid ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation issued by an ILAC MRA member body. The relevant test methods and parameters should be clearly highlighted in the laboratory’s scope of accreditation. - Test Methodologies:
Please ensure that the test methodologies used for the analysis of the listed parameters are clearly stated in both the quotation and the final report. - Chain of Custody:
A proper chain of custody must be maintained and provided for all analyzed parameters. - Sample Collection Support:
Kindly confirm whether your lab provides onsite sampling or sample collection support as part of your services.
We have attached the list of required parameters along with their threshold limits and sample types for your reference. We request you to review the same and share your detailed quotation accordingly.
