In case of ordered items / products are subject of national „dual-use“ regulations as well as the national narcotic protective laws, we request for an immediate appropriate written confirmation.
If the ordered goods are dangerous goods according to airfreight IATA-DGR, sea freight IMO or trucking ADR it must be indicated on the delivery note explicitly and dangerous goods documents must be added to the consignment. In case of any noncompliance outcome and all arising costs will be for your expense.

If requested, the supplier must provide for items belonging to structure or equipment of a ship in accordance with 2009 Hong Kong Convention (SR/CONF/45), latest IHM-Guidelines (i.e. Res. MEPC.379(80)) of IMO and EU-Regulation No. 1257/2013 free of charge and in a timely manner the MD & SDoC latest upon delivery of the products.

• Ozone Depleting Substances

• Organotin containing antifouling
• Cybutryne containing antifouling
• Perflourooctane Sulfonic Acid (PFOS)
We have entitled GSR Services GmbH to carry out related duties on our behalf (Letter to suppliers).

We need Ballast water treatment system commissioning sample analysis on board.

Biological testing means sampling ambient ballast water for background and treated ballast water

being discharged and analyzing samples in accordance with BWM.2/Circ.70 (as may be amended) to

validate compliance during BWMS commissioning.

The respective samples should be analysed to confirm ballast water treatment performance that indicates compliance with the IMO D-2 discharge standard. Using reliable and accurate indicative analysis methods, the size classes included in the standard need to be evaluated: – Organisms ≥50 µm – Organisms ≥10 µm and <50 µm
