What we are looking for is not only a foam testing service, but rather (according to the non-conformity issued), the following: Helideck foam system annual inspection and full functional test (Including flow, response time test) to be carried out annually. (CAP 437 Sec-5.7, 5.8, 5.9, 5.13).

The company providing the service needs to come onboard the vessel for the inspection and testing.
