1. Sampling Option Pricing Breakdown:

  • Option A (On-Site Sampling by Laboratory Technicians): Total cost for sending certified technicians from your team to perform on-site sampling (bulk materials and air cassettes) following standard QA/QC protocols and safety regulations.
  • Option B (Laboratory Testing Only / Client-Delivered Samples): Total cost for laboratory testing and analysis when samples are collected by our team and delivered directly to your laboratory along with a completed Chain of Custody (COC) form.

2. Required Analytical Tests & Methods:

Please provide unit prices for the following specific analyses:

  • Asbestos Testing:
    • Bulk Material Samples: Identification via Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) (please also indicate TEM pricing if required for confirmation).
    • Air Samples: Airborne fiber concentration analysis via Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM).
  • Mold & Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Testing:
    • Airborne Mold Spore Traps: Total spore count and genus identification.
    • Surface / Bulk Samples: Tape lift, swab, or bulk analysis for mold identification.

3. Additional Required Information:

  1. Turnaround Time (TAT): Standard report delivery timeframe and rush/expedited surcharges (e.g., 24-hour / 48-hour TAT).
  2. Accreditation: Confirmation of ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation (and/or National Center for Environmental Compliance – NCEC approval in KSA) for the requested testing methods.
  3. Sampling Supplies: Confirmation whether sampling cassettes, media, and Chain of Custody forms are provided free of charge for Option B.
