We are seeking a quotation for laboratory analysis of used grease samples in the UAE. Please find the scope below.

Sample details

  • Quantity: 50 samples
  • Quantity per sample: approx. 100 g
  • Grease type: Kluberplex BEM 41-141 (used)
  • Location: UAE, with samples available for delivery or collection

Tests required (per sample)

Priority parameters

  1. Iron (Fe) content, mg/kg
  2. Water content, mg/kg
  3. PQ Index

Additional parameters, as per the reference report format

  1. Appearance (visual)
  2. Elemental analysis, mg/kg: Cr, Al, Ni, Cu, Ca, Mg, Zn, P, Li, Mo, Si

For reference, the standards in our sample report format are GB/T 11133-2015 (water content), ASTM D8184-18e1 (PQ Index) and NB/SH/T 0864-2023 (elemental analysis). Please confirm the methods you would apply for each parameter, including any equivalent standards, and their suitability for used grease.

Kindly price the priority parameters (1 to 3) and the additional parameters (4 and 5) separately, so we can evaluate both options.
