We are supplying marine bunker fuel via truck-to-ship delivery across UAE ports. We would like a comparative quotation from you, in the same format, for the following:
- Loading supervision (per truck)
- Sampling and gauging the nominated shore tank before loading
- Sealing of the shore tank
- Inspection of the truck prior to loading
- Witnessing the truck weight
- Retained sample from each truck after loading
- Sealing of the truck
- Unloading supervision (per truck)
- Verifying the seal numbers on arrival
- Retained sample from each truck
- Verifying the truck weight
- Emptiness check
Please quote loading and unloading as a per-truck rate (lump sum, or itemized if you prefer).
- Shore tank sampling, standalone (per tank)
- Upper/Middle/Lower samples, 1 litre each
- Bunker quality analysis (per sample)
- DMA as per ISO 8217:2010 & 2017 Summer Specification
- DMA as per ISO 8217:2017 Winter Specification
- VLSFO/HSFO as per ISO 8217:2010 & 2017 Specification
- Lubricity test (ISO 12156) where sulphur content is below 500 ppm
If possible, please also share your rate for individual parameters tested on a standalone basis (outside the full panel), and any discount that applies.

- Sample retention policy
