I am owner of Next Transformer Services in Turkey.I will get an oil sample from 20 pcs transformers in Berlin and bring to your Labs.

So 20pcs DGA samples, 20 pcs chemical analysis samples .

How much cost will be total?Could you send to me an offer please? Also If I get samples to bottle can you manage for DGA? Samples will not be in Sringe and how much liters is enough for per samples?

Laboratory Testing (Before & After Filtration):

• Electrical Tests: BDV, dissipation factor, resistivity, moisture content, relative saturation, color, acid number, interfacial tension, sludge & sediments, inhibitor content.

• Chemical Analysis: Analysis at particle sizes 4, 6, 10, 14, 21, 38, 68 microns and ISO cleanliness code.

• DGA Analysis: H₂, CH₄, C₂H₆, C₂H₄, CO, CO₂, O₂, N₂, total dissolved combustible gas, total dissolved gas, total gas volume, and total dissolved hydrocarbon gases.

We have around 25 Nos – Aux transformer for which we would like to conduct the annually DGA test.

The test shall contain the below gas – matrix.

Total No of samples – 25 Nos.

Scope of work – you have to send your executive to our site and collect the sample, based on which submit the report.

Commercial Terms:-

  1. Payment terms – Within 30 days of the invoice submission post delivery of the material at the site.
  2. Incoterm – DAP – Site address.
  3. Freight – The freight shall be inclusive, or you can mention the cost of the freight.
  4. Delivery – Within 2 weeks of the purchase order date.
  5. Warranty – Shall be as per the OEM.
  6. Offer validity – The quote price shall be valid for 90 calendar days.
  7. Award distribution – reserves the rights to divide this award to multiple suppliers.
  8. Change in quantity – reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity at the prices quoted.
  9. Currency – The quote shall be submitted in the United Arab Emirates Dirhams a.k.a AED.
