We are currently preparing a commercial offer for our client, covering a 2-year transformer oil analysis contract by a foreign laboratory, we’d like to request a quotation directly from your team.
Scope of testing required:
1. Transformer Oil DGA Analysis (as per IEC 60567/60599) – 20 samples
2. Transformer Oil Ageing – Acidity, BDV, DDF (as per IEC standard) – 20 samples
3. Transformer Oil Paper Ageing – Furans & Methanol (as per IEC standard) – 14 samples
Additional scope requirements:
– 50% of samples tested in Year 1, remaining 50% in Year 2
– Supplier to provide sampling kits to our site team
– Supplier to arrange/advise on dispatch logistics of oil samples from Pakistan site to your nearest UAE facility
– A comprehensive technical report per batch, including interpretation of results, condition assessment, comparison against historical/online DGA data, and clear recommendations for corrective/preventive action
The 10 transformers involved are ___ and unit auxiliary transformers (220kV/22kV and 220kV/18.5kV/11kV class); full equipment list available on request.
