Key Commercial Terms:

1	Type of Contract	HYDROSTATIC TESTING
2	Scope of Work	“PIPE HYDROSTATIC TESTING” as per the attached BOQ, Specification and Drawings
3	Delivery/ Completion Time Period	The work shall start as per the mutually agreed schedule during the finalization of the contract.
4	Price Terms	The price shall include all cost including as mentioned in the Technical specification.
5	Performance Bond	Performance Bank Guarantee for 10% of Contract value to be submitted. Refer the detailed “Subcontract terms & condition” enclosed.
6	Payment terms	Payment shall be made within 60 days from the payment certificate after recovering the advance if any. If any Advance Payment required , Max 10% against advance Bank Guarantee
7	Escalation	Firm & Fixed for the contract period
8	Retention money	10% retention will be deducted from each bill.
9	Defect Liability period	12 months from the date of successful completion of the project.
10	Liquidated Damages	In case job is not completed as per schedule agreed, LD will be applicable as 1% of order value per week, up to max 10% of order value.
11	Validity of Offer	Offer shall minimum valid for 120 days from the date of offer
12	Insurance	In Seller Scope. Refer the attached “Subcontract Agreement” enclosed.
13	Taxes & Duties	As per UAE tax law
14	Compliance	As per company
